Bowling in Kigali

The bowling alley was HOT – tin roof and all.
The pin setter must have nerves of steel to keep grabbing pins even as the ball come down the lane.
The pin setter needs to wear a helmet – pins flew everywhere back there.
The person running the score screen typed Robin’s name as “Lobben.”
There was a man mopping the floor who patiently mopped in front of our lane between frames – can you say, slick floor?
Ellie Jo was far more interested in the rabbits out in the yard than the actual bowling.
Goat brochettes and fries are a great between-game snack.
Juba is totally fine with the chaos of our little bowling alley.
