With all of our visitors in the last few months, Theo has been swamped with laundry. Some afternoons have seen the entire back and side spaces of the house strung with drying clothes. Some weeks have seen us go days with very few clothes because it’s so damp that everything is still drying out
Everything gets washed in the buckets that you see pictured (thanks, Dad, for providing pictures of everything that happens around our compound 😉 ). Theo knows where we all stash our dirty clothes so he gathers them all up, dumps them into the clear tub to soak and washes each piece individually. For all that work, I am grateful.
But, for the quickly-loosening elastic in many of my necessary items of clothing, I am not so grateful and looking forward to restocking in the States!
